January is Mental Health & Human Trafficking Prevention Awareness month!
That means we will be raising money for 3 charities dealing with these issues! I will be matching donations as much as possible! Let me introduce the charities we will be supporting!
The Trevor Project
This charity is dear to my heart. They help bring awareness to the mental health struggles and well-being of LGBTQ+ young people. They have 24/7 resources available for anyone needing help! Absolutely amazing counselors available as well! I have their website & Twitch mobile link linked below! This will be the official charity through Twitch as well!
Hope for Justice
Hope for Justice is fighting human trafficking and helping victims and survivors all around the world. They help by running anti-trafficking projects in the UK, the USA, Ethiopia, and Uganda, working directly with victims and survivors. I have the link to the donation page for our fundraiser below!
National Indigenous Women’s Resource Center
This center helps Indigenous women and children who have experienced domestic violence. They provide resources and education to them in order to help them overcome the many challenges they have faced. They also help bring awareness to the Missing and Murdered Indigenous Women epidemic.
